Scope and Estimate

Yes. We work with cabinetry suppliers, local fabricators, and national vendors. We coordinate cabinet delivery and countertop templating to fit the project schedule.

Will I need permits for a kitchen remodel?

If structural changes, electrical, or plumbing alterations are required, permits are typically necessary. We handle permitting and inspections with the Methuen building department.

Can you keep my kitchen usable during the remodel?

We try to phase work to keep disruption to a minimum. For complete gut renovations, some short-term compromises are often necessary. We discuss project staging and temporary kitchen solutions during planning.

How do you manage material lead times?
